BeeTG Terms of Service

Welcome to BeeTG ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BeeTG website, services, and applications (collectively, the "Service"). The Service includes a Telegram channel directory that allows users to search, discover, and explore Telegram channels, groups, and bots.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including visitors, registered users, and contributors.

The Service is provided from Singapore and is intended for global use. Different countries may have varying laws regarding online content and data privacy. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with applicable local laws.

You may use certain features of the Service without creating an account. However, to access certain features (such as submitting channels, saving favorites, or using premium services), you must register for an account.

2.1 Account Creation

When you create an account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.2 Account Security

You agree to:

• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that you log out of your account at the end of each session
• Not share your password or account access with any third party
• Not create more than one account without our express permission

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for your conduct and any content you submit, post, or display through the Service.

3.1 Permitted Uses

You may use the Service to:

• Search and discover Telegram channels, groups, and bots
• Submit channels for inclusion in our directory
• Rate and review channels you have experienced
• Save and organize channels you are interested in

3.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Post, submit, or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access the Service for any purpose without our express written permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
• Upload or transmit viruses, worms, or any other malicious code
• Collect or harvest any personally identifiable information from the Service
• Use the Service to distribute unsolicited commercial messages ("spam")

The Service allows you to submit, post, or display content, including channel submissions, reviews, comments, and other information ("User Content").

4.1 Ownership of User Content

You retain all ownership rights to the User Content you submit. By submitting User Content, you grant BeeTG a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such User Content in connection with the Service.

4.2 Content Restrictions

You represent and warrant that:

• You own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to submit the User Content
• Your User Content does not violate any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights
• Your User Content does not contain any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Your User Content does not violate any applicable laws or regulations

4.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but have no obligation, to review, monitor, or remove User Content that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content.

4.4 Channel Submissions

When you submit a Telegram channel for listing, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to submit the channel (either as owner or with permission)
• The channel does not contain illegal, harmful, or prohibited content
• The channel description and metadata are accurate

We reserve the right to reject or remove any channel submission at our discretion.

The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design elements (excluding User Content), is owned by BeeTG and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

5.1 Our Rights

All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names appearing on the Service are proprietary to BeeTG or their respective owners. You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any content from the Service without our prior written consent.

5.2 License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Service or its contents
• Any derivative use of the Service or its contents
• Any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant
• Any use of data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools

Certain features of the Service may require payment (e.g., premium subscriptions, featured listings). These features are described separately and are subject to additional terms.

6.1 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors (such as Stripe, PayPal). We do not store or have access to your full payment card information. All payment information is handled by our payment processors in accordance with their privacy policies and security standards.

6.2 Refund Policy

Unless otherwise specified, all payments are non-refundable. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact our support team within 14 days of purchase with your order details.

6.3 Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including Telegram, analytics providers, and payment processors. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices or content of any third-party services.

6.4 Telegram Integration

BeeTG is an independent directory and is not affiliated with Telegram Messenger LLP. Telegram is a trademark of Telegram FZ-LLC. Our Service uses publicly available Telegram data to provide directory functionality.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

7.1 Grounds for Termination

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Use the Service in a way that could harm BeeTG or other users
• Submit fraudulent, misleading, or illegal content
• Attempt to circumvent any technical restrictions we implement

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• We may delete or deactivate your account and all related information
• Any outstanding payments will become immediately due
• You will not be entitled to any refund for prepaid fees

7.3 Voluntary Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Some data may be retained for legal or business purposes.

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location
• Any errors or defects will be corrected
• The results of using the Service will meet your requirements
• Any content obtained through the Service is accurate, reliable, or complete
• The Service is free of viruses or other harmful components

8.1 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL BEETG, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS, OR IF NO PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE, $100 USD.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9.1 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC).

9.2 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve any disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in any class action or representative proceeding against BeeTG.

9.3 Venue

If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Singapore for the resolution of any disputes.

9.4 EU Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you may have the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable EU law.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Service or by other means (such as email) to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they become effective.

10.1 Notification of Changes

We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. If you continue to use the Service after the changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must stop using the Service and delete your account.
